1. What happens after I place my order?
So happy you found something you love! We ship orders within 3 business days. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking code if applicable.
If you’ve placed a larger order or we need a bit more time to create your items, we’ll let you know.

2. The item I want is sold out — what now?
Because we work in small batches, items (or parts of them) may sell out. Most products are restocked, so feel free to check back later.

3. Can I exchange or return items?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please note: earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

4. Do you offer custom orders?
Small adjustments (like making a necklace longer or shorter) are often possible and can be noted at checkout.
